Many of our MGs are driven very few miles annually. Some of our MGs see service only occasionally over a period of years. A great number of MGs are not serviced regularly. You might say, "Well, I've only got 600 miles on the MGB in the last five years -- it doesn't need service." You are wrong! Acid buildup in the oil; mice in the fenders; corroded battery terminals; poorly inflated tires... These are just a few of the problems you might encounter. At University, we have developed the Complete Lubrication from the many scheduled services suggested by the factory. PLUS! We have added in those items we know to be problemsome (a corroded fusebox, for example, was never considered by the factory). The Complete Lubrication has well over 100 components or assemblied which are inspected, lubricated, or adjusted. This is not an inexpensive visit -- the lube takes 5-6 hours and costs in the range of $500. We look at the "total" car, front to back, side to side, and top to bottom. Between the time on the hoist and the time on the test drive track, we will have thoroughly serviced the car -- AND -- have found nearly every problem area.
