Technical Hour
Do you want a succinct and correct answer to your technical question?
Simply call John Twist during his Technical Hour and your problem
is quickly and effortlessly answered! John stands by the phone during
his lunch your, waiting for your query. Call between 1:00 - 2:00pm
Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Please be patient -
EVERYONE calls long distance! John tries to limit the calls to three
minutes, especially during busy days - but some require more time.
Contact him at (616) 682-0800. Sometimes, because the shop is busy,
or because the question is difficult, John may elect to continue the
conversation later in the evening.
During the morning and afternoon, John works on MGs, takes test
drives, works with other mechanics, talks with customers - or he
does the myriad jobs bosses are wont to do. He simply cannot stop
to answer your questions throughout the day. This Technical Hour
is the best solution he has found to allow YOU to access his incredible
wealth of knowledge - AND to allow him to get some work done during
the day. We thank you for your understanding and patience!
